Heat Health Warnings this week

Please be aware, there are now both Amber and Red Heat Health warnings in place for this week from the UK Health Security Agency and the Met Office.

High humidity combined with the very high predicted temperatures will make this heatwave feel particularly oppressive.

This will be compounded by warm overnight temperatures.

Please DO NOT walk your dogs in this heat. Check on vulnerable neighbours. Stay hydrated and be mindful of how some medication can make the effects of heat worse.
